Jay Pelham elected to serve on MDC Foundation Board of Directors

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 100 firms in the U.S., announced that Jay Pelham, CFP®, president of Kaufman Rossin Wealth and Kaufman Rossin Insurance Services, has been elected to serve on the Miami Dade College Foundation board of directors.

The Miami Dade College (MDC) Foundation “raises essential private funds to enable Miami Dade College to change lives, families, communities and the world through the opportunity of education.”

For more than 30 years, Pelham has worked with high-net-worth individuals and families in the South Florida market to address their financial needs. He has a strong dedication to fostering client relationships, extensive experience in the financial services industry, and continues philanthropic efforts in our community. During the course of his career, he has led wealth management and private banking teams for both Fortune 500 companies as well as privately owned boutique providers. He has also served as president of TotalBank, where he led the bank through organizational change, financial improvement and its ultimate sale.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee.
